The Minister of Finance and Development Planning, Baledzi Gaolathe has - for the first time - expressed concern over the quality and costs of the country's banking services. Gaolathe voiced his concern during the official inauguration of the Bank of Baroda's new premises earlier this week.
He said there is growing concern amongst the general public regarding long queues in banking halls, especially at peak times.
