THE Secondary School Teachers Union of Zambia (SESTUZ) has blamed parents for rampant examination malpractices.
SESTUZ Lusaka district chairman, Erick Mwale, accused parents of encouraging examination malpractices among their children saying the trend was bad and had the capacity to spoil the young ones in future.
