Nairobi — Life can be as unpredictable as the weather, but it need not be all cold and dull. Pain and uncertainty are part of the human experience. But so is hope and determination and refusing to die, even in the face of death. One athlete, paralympics gold medallist Henry Wanyoike, attests to this, writes BERTHA KANG'ONG'OI.
