Uganda: Mbarara's Bridge Will Always Be Remembered

Kampala — THE winds of fame may not have blown his name beyond the boundaries of Uganda, but he was a hero to those who knew him.

Justin Sabiiti was a historical member of the National Resistance Movement (NRM). He also served as Mbarara district chairperson between 1989 and 1999, becoming one of the most highly ranked district chairpersons in the history of the local government ministry, according to Prof Tarsis Kabwegyere.
