Liberia: Bryant Expounds On Security Sector Reforms

Monrovia — The Chairman of the National Transitional Government of Liberia C. Gyude Bryant has told a gathering that security reform is not just the duplicities and multiplicities of various security agencies but that security personnel are transformed so that they can not be used to implement their bosses' sinister motives.

Launching the National Dialogue on Security System Reform Wednesday, Chairman Bryant noted that the reform of the Liberian Security should not only be an exercise that will concentrate on the duplicities and multiplicities of various security agencies.
