Luanda — The Prime Minister's Assistant Minister, Aguinaldo Jaime, has considered that the current environment of economic and political stability in the country allow to make business in the public sector and by national and foreign private companies.
The official made this remarks to Angop on Wednesday, in Luanda, at the end of the ceremony meant to sign a 10 million loan accord for the urban development of South Luanda project.
The symbolic delivery of this amount to the Brazilian company Odebrecht was done by the agency that funds the private sector (IFC), which is affiliated to the World Bank.
According to him, the availability of this sum - the biggest granted by IFC to Angola for programs of urban development, represents the recognition of the normalisation of economic and political life in Angola, in the framework of national reconciliation.
"Today we have an environment to make business (...) and an open scenario that allow the setting up of partnerships...", he underlined.
