Nigeria: Flow Station: Security Men Terrorise Villagers As Chevron Resumes Production

Idama — SECURITY men deployed to protect the Idama Flow Station owned by US oil giant, Chevron, Saturday, invaded a nearby village, severely beating the residents during a hunt for stolen weapons.

Already, Chevron has resumed production at the Robertkiri Flow Station, some 30 kilometres south-west of Port Harcourt, with a detachment of heavily armed soldiers providing security.
