Geneva — African governments, civil society organisations and the private sector
must take the challenge of ensuring access and participation of rural
communities in the Information Society, said a representative of Africa
Civil Society.
Olivier Nana Nzepa said participants from Africa must demonstrate
dedication to bridging the digital divide and grassroot communities have to
be involved.
