Kampala — In the continuing conflict in the Anglican Church over the issue
of homosexuality, another congregation has left the Episcopal Church of
the US to join a Ugandan diocese, writes Esther Namugoji
ANOTHER congregation from the Episcopal Church of the United States
(ECUSA) has decided to shift its ecclesiastical authority to the Church
Province of Uganda. The South Riding Church in Fairfax, Virginia
announced on Monday that it had left the US Anglican Church body to
join the Anglican Diocese of Rwenzori.
