Kaduna — Kaduna State Government yesterday said it has pencilled down 76
poultry farms for closure, for contravening its plans to rid the state
of the H5N1 Avian Flu.
Government did not however reveal the names of the indicted poultry
farms or their locations, but said the farms would undergo
extermination and other bio-security measures, as a result of the
management lapses detected in their poultry keeping procedure.
