Liberia: CBN Launches Health Program in Todee District

In an effort to contribute to the welfare of the poverty-stricken people of Liberia, a religious group under the banner Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) of Liberia recently launched a three-day free primary health care program in Todee District, Montserrado County.

In partnership with the Liberia Fellowship of Full Gospel Ministers, the CBN health care program was launched on Sunday, May 14, 2006 at Cooper's Farm, Todee District with the Assistant Minister and Deputy Chief Medical Officer of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, Dr. Moses G.Y. Pewu and is expected to last until Wednesday, May 18.
