Sumbe — A seminar on human rights and Angola's justice administration system is taking place since Tuesday in Sumbe, central Kwanza-Sul province, promoted by the Justice Ministry.
During the event going until Thursday, the participants will discuss the importance of courts in Angola's juridical system, the law on preventive custody, defendants rights, citizens' fundamental rights and duties and basic concepts of international law on human rights.
