Kampala — HEADS of Post and Telecommunication companies in the countries that form Pan African Postal Union (PAPU) have agreed to complement on each other's services and pledged to give the best services to the citizens in the region.
Traditionally the two entities widely known as posts and telecommunications were run together as one entity as government parastatals, however, privatisation and the need for widening service coverage forced most government in Africa to separate them into two different entities and streamline their operations.
