Pretoria — Over 3.4 million children under the age of 14 are now receiving government's child support grant, exceeding the March 2006 target by 0.2 million.
Briefing the media here today on the progress of the Social Cluster, Minister of Social Development Zola Skweyiya said in the category of 11 to 14 years there was however a shortfall of 119 000 children that still needed to be registered.
