Uganda: Makerere Hosts Tennis Meet

Kampala — HENRY Banura and Dean Kibirige, seeking their first titles, made winning starts at the fourth edition of the Makerere knock-out tennis tournament raging on at the Makerere Staff Tennis Courts.

Banura and Kibirige outclassed their compatriots Myers Tumukunde and Phillip Kiryowa respectively in straight sets.

In the other games, Bruno Ouma had to dig deep into his reserves to tame a tenacious Moses Bashasha in the third set.
