Addis Ababa — Good food? It might sound a little presuming to talk about food in terms of good or bad in a country like ours where food but not quality food necessarily is a priority concern for a huge number of people. But on further reflection, maybe it is not as ironic as it first seems after all.
A United Nations report estimates that 2 billion people worldwide suffer from "hidden hunger." By hidden hunger is meant deficiencies of vital vitamins and minerals that have detrimental effects on physical and mental health on people.
