Uganda: Table Tennis Focus On School Children

Kampala — THE Uganda Table Tennis Association (UTTA) schools' holiday training clinic will be held at Nakasero Primary School.

The clinic, which is expected to run from August 21 to September 8, will focus mainly on developing and improving table tennis skills of the elite players as well as beginners from lower non-candidate classes and pupils as young as seven years.

"We have invited coaches and trainers from MI Sports and Health Care Ltd. to handle the 18-day clinic that will start at 9am and end at 1pm daily," UTTA programme instructor Paul Mutambuze said.
