Luanda — Angola's deputy Foreign minister on Friday said in Gabon that hosting the Guinea Gulf Commission will enable the country to transmit to the international community that the lasting war has come to an end contribute to the region's development.
George Chicoty, who was speaking to press after the summit of heads of State and Government of the region, added that "it is an example of the acquired experience over the years in the political and diplomatic fields."
According to George Chicoty, "Secure steps have been set (...) that give credibility to our international policy, in governmental institutions and in our international political action".
The commission is made up by Angola, Congo Brazzaville, Democratic Republic of Congo, Sao Tome and Principe, Gabon and Nigeria.
