Kigali — Over twenty five Anglican Archbishops from different churches in Africa, Latin America, Europe and Asia are expected to arrive in the country on September 19, for a three-day visit.
According to Archbishop Emmanuel Kolini, the prelates' visit is to placate Rwandans following the 1994 genocide.
