Kampala — THE continued slashing of Makerere University's budget is threatening the quality of education at the public university, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Livingstone Luboobi, has said.
Luboobi said the government had on several occasions instructed the university to drop some of its planned activities on grounds that there is no money.
