Addis Ababa — Some 49 safe drinking water facilities constructed at a cost of five million birr in Ankasha Guagusa Woreda of Awi Zone in Amhara State have gone operational, the woreda agriculture and rural development office said.
Office Planning and Programme Head Dawd Assefa told ENA that the water facilities were constructed in rural localities exposed to water shortage problems.
