Nigeria: Yuguda's Allegations of Threat to Life Are Baseless -Bauchi Govt

Bauchi — Bauchi State Government has described as baseless and unfounded allegations by the former Minister of Aviation and one of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial aspirants in the state for the 2007 election, Isa Yuguda that his life and that of his family are in danger in Bauchi following alleged threat on him by agents of government.

Addressing a press conference at the Press Centre of the Government House, Special Assistant to the Governor on Security, Musa Gora explained that the allegations by the aspirant, are the cries of a sinking man who is looking for a way out of the mess he has created by heating up the polity unnecessarily.
