Lilongwe — Lack of reliable transport in Chitipa is forcing patients on Ant-retroviral Therapy to default treatment, it has been established.

Patient from Nthalire area are failing to access the life prolonging drugs to the district hospital in Chitipa about 120 kilometres from the area because they can not pay through the nose.
