Zambia: Cops Probe ZNBC DJ for Defilement

Lusaka — Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC) DJ Kelvin Chileshe is being investigated by police for defilement. Chileshe is alleged to have defiled a girl of Lusaka West and was arrested on Thursday last week.

Acting police spokesperson Chrispin Kapela confirmed the arrest in an interview yesterday. "He is a suspect of defilement and he was apprehended by police on September 7 somewhere in Lusaka West. He is alleged to have defiled a minor of the same area," he said.
