Ginda — In line with efforts to extend reliable power supply to the residents of Ginda town, the first phase of replacing old electric lines with new ones has been finalized.
The head of the branch office of the Eritrean Electricity Corporation in the town, Mr. Mehretab Tesfazgi, noted that nine computerized electricity distribution stations have been installed, in addition to replanting the existing transformers in convenient sites.
Moreover, 200 poles and additional three transformers have been installed and new 7.5 km.-long electric lines distributed in. The task of replacing old electric lines with new ones would also continue in the surrounding areas up to Gahtelai, according to reports.
