East Africa: Kenya-Uganda Pipeline Project Deal Put Off Again

Nairobi — Fresh queries have emerged over the preparedness and financial capacity of Tamoil East Africa Ltd - that is negotiating with the governments of Kenya and Uganda for the multi million dollar Kenya Uganda oil pipeline.

The EastAfrican has learnt that signing of the deal between Tamoil and the two governments, earlier scheduled for October 10, had to be postponed to October 30 due to the queries.
