Mauritius: Upgrading English in Our Secondary Schools

Port Louis — The recent report by the British Council on the unsatisfactory level of English in our secondary schools has sparked some real discomfort among students, parents and the public in general. While some have been shaken, others have been wondering about how to come out of it. English Language plays such a key role in the development of our country. The points below personally experimented over the years with students are expected to help those who study English as a foreign language.
