Dr. Comfort Daniyam is the Chief Medical Director of the Plateau Specialist Hospital, the only state government owned referral hospital.

In this interview she explains to our correspondents, Rakiyah Muhammad and Andrew Agbese, the challenges of medical health service delivery in Nigeria and in Plateau state, acknowledging that while much has been done in terms of policy and construction of hospitals, there are still many more areas such as infant and maternal mortality to be covered.
