Uganda: Save Juba Peace Process

All parties to the Juba peace process owe it to the long-suffering internally displaced persons in northern Uganda to collectively salvage the limping talks.

Rapidly unfolding latest occurrences, more prominent of which is the reported killing of more than 40 civilians by suspected Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) fighters in multiple ambushes between Wednesday and yesterday, suggest that an outbreak of renewed hostilities is a hair's breadth away.
