Kigali — An IMF mission was in the country October 18 to November 2, to among other things, review the Poverty Reduction and Growth Facility (PRGF). According to a release by Kristina Kostail, the IMF Mission Chief to Rwanda, the visiting team met with senior government officials including the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning, James Musoni, National Bank of Rwanda Governor, Francois Kanimba and the Minister of State in charge of Energy and Communication, Albert Butare.
They also held talks with representatives of the civil society, the business community, and Rwanda's international partners.
