Luanda — The Governor of Luanda, Job Castelo Capapinha called last Monday for greater engagement in provincial institutions with the aim of accomplishing the annual programmes, complaining about the almost inactivity in public organs on the eve of the festive session.
Job Capapinha was speaking at a meeting to analyse the engagement of the Luanda Government and to prepare the activities allusive to the festivities of the National Independence Day, to be commemorated on November 11.
