Ghana: National Agenda to Regulate Sex Work And HIV/Aids in the Offing

The fight against HIV/AIDS was given a boost in Ghana when stakeholders converged in Accra to develop a National Agenda to regulate Sex Work and HIV in the country last week .

The consultation, an initiative of the Ministry of Women and Children's Affairs was organised by the Alliance For Reproductive Health Rights, ARHR and was attended by representatives from non-governmental organisations, the Ministry of Health, Ghana Aids Commission, National AIDS Control Programme, Ministry of Health, Ghana Hotels Association and other state institutions.
