Nigeria: Ajose Holds C'wealth Fight in Abuja

Lagos — African Light-Welterweight Boxing Champion, Olusegun Ajose of Nigeria will next month take on Ghanaian prospect, Isaac Quartey for the vacant Commonwealth light-welterweight title in Abuja.

The British-based former Olympian has been the Commonwealth number one contender for years, but the politics of boxing had always come in between him and a really big fight, now, he has the opportunity to claim glory in front of his countrymen.
