Kampala — Sula Sserwadda, a.k.a Sniper of DV8, edged teammate Majid Abdula and Samona's Denis Nyombi in the on-going 'Volts After The Beach' pool tournament.
Sserwadda won with 10 points and his rivals had 8 and 6 respectively.
Other winners were, Club Volts's Ronnie Kasobya and Ronald Kasujja of Deep Blue, Wandegeya who had 4 and 2 points respectively.
Serwadda went home sh50,000 richer while Abdula and Nyombi each got sh30,000 and sh20,000 respectively.
The tournament organised by Ronnie Mivule of Praise 01 Pool services in conjunction with Club Volts, has so far seen the number of participants increasing.
Mivule said the tournament will last for 25 weeks and so far only four have been covered but the game is getting more exciting with the entry of new teams. Volts proprietor, Hussein Shukery, encouraged ladies to participate.
Participants pay sh10,000 per game and gain points for every game they win.
