Namibia: RCC Chief On Red Carpet

Windhoek — SUSPENDED Roads Contractor Company (RCC) CEO Kelly Nghixulifwa is to face a disciplinary hearing today in a case that is expected to open up a can of worms at the State-owned road-building company, well-placed sources at the RCC have indicated.

Nghixulifwa was suspended with immediate effect in late August by the Chairman of the RCC board, Otto Shikongo, after reports of alleged mismanagement and potential conflicts of interest started doing the rounds in the industry.
