Uganda: Parents Blamed for Declining Literacy

Kampala — PARENTS are responsible for the declining literacy levels in the country, a new report has revealed.

The report entitled 'Building Family Literacy Skills Among Parents and Children in Developing Countries: A case for Uganda, says parents do not spend enough time with their children. The report said most parents spend most of the time at their workplaces.
