Johannesburg — THREE judgments in a Constitutional Court case involving a group of refugees who wanted to work in the private security industry have warned of the danger of xenophobia in SA.
The court yesterday dismissed an application by 12 refugees who had challenged a provision in the Private Security Industry Regulation Act, which listed citizenship or permanent residence as a requirement for registration as a security provider.
