Lagos — OVER one week after Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mr. Sunday Ehindero, directed Commissioners of Police across the nation to arrest hawkers of petroleum products, the illegal trade has continued unabated in Lagos State.
This is as commuters in the state have continued to pay exorbitant fares to get to their various destinations as commercial bus operators have refused to bring down the fares, giving fuel scarcity as the reason.
