Kenya: Teachers Want Sh10 Billion Waived

Nairobi — Teachers have asked the Government to waive about Sh10.8 billion owed to schools by parents.

They said schools were holding about 100,000 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education examination certificates belonging to students with fees arrears, blocking them from joining colleges.
