Nigeria: FG Launches Policy On Consumer Credit, Outsourcing Thursday

The federal government will on Thursday in Abuja launch a new policy that will govern a formal Consumer Credit System and the Outsourcing Sector in Nigeria.

The consumer credit policy framework would provide a basis for facilitating the orderly development of the sector in Nigeria. It is also expected to contribute positively to the economic growth and development of Nigeria whilst minimising the social and economic costs of developing such a system on the populace.
