Mustapha Sesay and Kenneth Piterson Tuesday arraigned before Magistrate Sam Margai of Court No 1 to answer to four-count charge of robbery with aggravation, assault with intent to ravish, larceny and unlawful possession of fire arms.
The accused persons on December 31, 2006 at the Anne Walsh School Compound were alleged to have assaulted Fatmata Bangura with the intention to ravish her.
On the same date, they were seen at Lumley, in Freetown, in possession of a fire arm with serial number AMP 197.
The prosecutor, Sergeant Theresa Bangura informed the Magistrate that her witness was absent due to illness but is expected in court on the next adjourned date.
Defense counsel for the first accused, JD Kebbie requested bail for the accused.
The magistrate granted a strict bail condition in the sum of Le 10 million each and a surety in like sum.
Sureties should also be senior citizens in this country and they should produce and tender their house documents.
