Kigali — The Mayor of Kigali City, Dr Aisa Kirabo Kacyira early this week signed performance contacts with over 40 youth and business associations whose activities are based within the city and its suburbs.
The ceremony took place at the City's conference hall. According to Dr. Kirabo, the contracts are aimed at strengthening the associations' performance and improving the cleanliness of the city, to conserve the environment especially wetlands and trees, among others.
