The whole dramatic and debatable scene of Sadam's trial, that has claimed to be the top headlines for the world's giant media organizations like BBC and CNN, has finally culminated in his execution in the early morning of December 30, 2006. Sadam, who ruled Iraq for almost a quarter of a century, was sentenced to death by hanging for he was found guilty of crime against humanity, especially, for the killing of 148 Shiites during his rule.

The execution of the former dictator and tyrant Iraqi leader, Sadam Husein, who has remained a most controversial figure throughout his rule, was drawing the attention of millions around the world and was a point of heated discussion for many, including our country. The controversy hasn't stopped yet, even, after his death. Quite a lot of people are arguing over the legality of his execution, both morally and legally.
