Harare — GOVERNMENT should increase funding for the Basic Education Assistance Module as the majority of vulnerable children are dropping out of school owing to failure to pay fees, a parliamentary portfolio committee heard yesterday.
A study conducted recently by the National Aids Council in some parts of Zimbabwe revealed that many children orphaned by HIV and Aids were dropping out of school.
