Kenya: Three in Akasha Son's Killing Case Are Freed

Nairobi — Three men charged with the murder of drug baron Ibrahim Akasha's son have been set free after a trial which lasted more than two years.

High Court judge justice Nicholas Ombija acquitted the three men after the prosecution failed to prove the murder charge it preferred against them.
