Ghana: First Phase of Pedestrian Shopping Mall Cost ¢20 Billion

THE ACCRA Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) spent over ¢20 billion in the construction of the Odawna Pedestrian Shopping Mall at Kwame Nkrumah Circle.

The project, which was jointly sponsored by the central government and the Assembly, would accommodate over 4000 hawkers.
