Maputo — Mozambican Transport Minister Antonio Mungwambe announced on Monday that the government is reorganising the maritime administrations, the bodies in charge of safety at sea.
He told reporters that, over the years, the maritime administrations "have been losing their capacity, in terms of both their staff and their equipment, which is now in an advanced state of decay".
