Zimbabwe: Mugabe Album Launch in London

PROTEST music artist, Viomak, who has shifted base from Canada to Britain where she has successfully sought political asylum, is set to launch her second album on President Robert Mugabe outside Zimbabwe House in London next week, coinciding with his February 24 birthday celebrations Independent Xtra can reveal.

The album, titled Happy 83rd Birthday President Robert Mugabe (Bones of a 30-year-old) was first recorded and released in Harare last year in secrecy, but will be officially launched in London, at a ceremony outside the Zimbabwe Embassy together with civic group Vigil Coalition.
