South Africa: Johannesburg City to Introduce By-Law to Ensure Swimming Pools Safety

In an effort to make swimming pools within the jurisdiction of the City of Johannesburg safe, the city will promulgate a by-law that will ensure that all pools be covered.

The by-law was precipitated by effort spearheaded by the city's Summer Safety Campaign, which aims to save lives from the hazards of the season, by making people aware of the dangers.
