South Africa: Street Racing Death Probe

Cape Town — The City of Cape Town has launched an investigation into a banned street racing event that went tragically wrong and left one of its employees dead.

Lord Rulser, 30, of Mitchell's Plain, died on Saturday night after his car rolled in Modderdam Road, where drag-racing fans had gathered for high-speed action.
